YAY for birthdays !

a birthday weekend means a week of hard work.

so it's my birthday, (or rather my twin sister and my birthday) this coming Sunday. She is currently living in Amsterdam so instead of being sad because we are not with each other i have decided to make it a birthday weekend worth of celebrations with a whole bunch of my friends down at our beach house in Oysterbay. This birthday is also probably the last birthday to be celebrated in South Africa for a while as i plan to move to Amsterdam early next year to work and get some international experience + be with my twin sister.

a work free birthday weekend (because who actually wants to work on their birthday - NOT ME) means a week of hard grafting as we have a few assignments due this week as well as the first two days of next week.

i am a sucker for a good list and the feeling of crossing them off one by one so i have made a to do list for this week that i will share.

1. 6 design details

2. finalize product design + manufacturing

3. construction sanitary schedule

4. computers second interior lumion render

5. work on design research book

(i am sure more will be added to the list as the week progresses)

a jam packed week worth of hard graft but the celebrations on the weekend with my friends and loved ones will make it all worth it !
