newton park pool

today i went to visit the newton park swimming pool to get an idea of how the pool is laid out with regards to the storage, spectator seating, ablutions and change rooms as well as the ventilation, windows and entrances onto the pool deck as well as the various floor finishes used inside and outside the pool deck.

in my community center i am going to be designing an indoor pool for learn to swim so a site visit to an indoor pool was needed. (i am aware that the newton park pool is on a much larger scale than what i will be doing).
