holidays

as the holidays draw to an end i like to look back on what i did the holidays and all the memories made. i am always VERY grateful for holidays as i always like to catch up on things i never get the time to do during the semester. it is always a great time to catch up on my favorite series, have fun with friends and spend the entire day in bed doing nothing and not having to feel guilty about it

this holiday i did something that was "so not me" and did the Knysna Half Marathon with my boyfriend. we both had little to no training so it was certainly more of a mental challenge to cross the finish line. i am chuffed to say we came in under 3 hours !!!

it was a beautiful race and a wonderful experience to have done the race. but i wont be in any hurry to do another 21.1km race without training for it !
