as-built construction drawings

a set of as-built drawings was done to understand the existing structure of the Walmer country club as well as obtain exact measurements of the building before the design process can commence. The Walmer Country Club consist of various disjointed buildings all constructed at different times therefore this was quite a lengthy process to get this all squared.

It took several site visits and one too many drawing revisions to finally get all the as-builts and electrical plans sorted.

this section of the work has definitely been hard on me , occasionally feeling like i have bitten off more than i can chew....

This technical drawing is a cross section through the main hall of the Walmer Country Club. This section was probably one of the more difficult sections i have dne the past three years. i am proud of the out come none the less.

construction dry run is next week wednesday (06 June ) so fix ups on all drawings need to be addressed prior to that !

the next two and a half weeks are going consist of lots of late nights and a little too much coffee !
